We start a WhatsApp thread with you. We ask about who's coming, what you want, and what you'd never want. We plan around it — we don't pad it.
While you're here
One number for everything. Surf at 6, in-villa massage at 10, dinner at El Ruco at 7. If something shifts, we shift with it. No tickets, no forms.
After you leave
We follow up once with photos and what we noticed. Then we leave you alone — until you tell us when to start again.
