We meet on WhatsApp or video. You tell us about your residence and what you want — yield, time off, both. We tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

On-site assessment

We walk the property with you. We document condition, identify the 3–5 things that will most improve guest experience and revenue, and price them.

Onboarding (2–4 weeks)

Listings, photography, pricing, contracts, vendor handover. You sign a single management agreement. We do the rest.

Live

Monthly statements. Quarterly reviews. WhatsApp whenever. Your home is held to the standard you would set yourself.

No markups. No retainer. No surprises.

  • Management fee is a percentage of net rental revenue — not a flat retainer
  • No markup on third-party services we coordinate (maintenance, deep cleans, repairs)
  • Owner stays are unlimited and free of fee
