Privacy Policy

We collect information directly from you when you use a form on this site. Depending on which form, that can include:

• Name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number
• Property address, neighborhood, bedroom/bathroom count, lot and construction size, year built, amenities, and photos (up to 15 per submission) — from the property intake form
• Business name, category, description, pricing, and social links — from the business listing form
• Notes on what you're looking for or hoping to earn from a property — from the owner assessment form
• Messages you send to Olive, our AI concierge, when you ask it a question

We do not collect payment card information anywhere on this site — we don't process payments directly.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, review and (if appropriate) publish a listing, match you with the right service or property, and follow up by email or WhatsApp. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to why you gave it to us.

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database. Property photos are stored in Supabase Storage. Submitted information is only visible to the Blue Zone Nosara team through an admin dashboard that requires a private access key — it is not publicly readable, and nothing becomes a public listing until we've reviewed and approved it.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing bznosara@gmail.com. If you subscribed to our newsletter, every email includes an unsubscribe option.

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
