By using this website — browsing, contacting us, or submitting a form — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site; you're always welcome to reach us directly by WhatsApp or email instead.
What Blue Zone Nosara is
Blue Zone Nosara is a local directory, concierge, and property marketing/management service for Nosara, Costa Rica. We help guests find vetted local businesses and stays, help homeowners market and/or manage their property, and help local businesses reach visitors.
We are not a payment processor or booking platform. This site does not process payments — any money that changes hands (a stay, a service, a management fee) is arranged directly between you and the relevant party, or invoiced separately by us.
Submitting a listing
If you submit a property or business through one of our forms, nothing about it becomes public automatically. Every submission is reviewed by our team before its status changes to approved or live. We reserve the right to decline a submission, and we'll tell you why if we do.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information — about a property, a business, or yourself
- Only submit a property or business you have the right to represent
- Don't use this site to send spam, scrape data, or attempt to disrupt the service
No guaranteed outcomes
We work hard to match guests with the right stay or service, and to market managed properties well — but we can't guarantee bookings, sales, referrals, or any specific financial outcome for owners or vendors.
Limitation of liability
Blue Zone Nosara is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Costa Rica, where Blue Zone Nosara operates. (Our formal business entities are still being established — this section will be finalized once that's complete.)
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
