BZN is a curated directory and concierge for travelers planning a stay in Nosara. We point people at the businesses we trust. Here are the four channels we use.
The Hub directory
Every approved vendor gets a permanent listing in our public directory at /vendors and /hub. Visitors browse by category, save favourites, and tap straight through to your site or WhatsApp.
Olive — the AI assistant
Travelers chat with Olive on every page of the site. When they ask for a surf school, restaurant, or yoga class, she recommends from our Hub directory by name — never invents vendors that aren't listed.
Concierge inquiries
When a guest WhatsApps us asking 'who do you trust for X,' we route them directly to a Hub vendor that fits. Featured and Sponsored tiers get priority in this routing.
Tracked outbound links
Every visitor that clicks through to your site from BZN goes via /r/your-business — so you see exactly how much traffic and how many leads we sent you. Real attribution, no guessing.

Our promise to you
We only recommend businesses we’d send our own guests to.
No pay-to-play in Olive’s recommendations. Featured and Sponsored tiers buy you priority placement, badges, and active concierge routing — but we still vet every vendor we list, paid or not. If we wouldn’t use you ourselves, we won’t add you to the Hub.
